Darlington holds a B.Sc Political Science degree with National Open University (NOUN). He worked with WORWAG (Paint manufacturing Company) Stuart, Germany for 10 years. Founded MP Colours limited over 8 years ago and has cognate experience spanning over 20 years in business trading and manufacturing.
